Topics for Compass Cahtolic Facilitator Training 101 will include:

1. Starting a Compass Catholic Bible Study at YOUR Parish

2. Facilitator objectives and responsibilities

3. Conducting an orientation session

4. Facilitating small group conversations

5. Keeping participants accountable

6. Compass Catholic tools and resources

This training is for anyone who plans to facilitate a Compass Catholic Ministries Bible Study. This training is FREE. Many parishes from around the world come together for these trainings providing all who attend with an opportunity for networking and a sense of community.

The trainer for this session will be Lee Menendez. Lee is from south Florida and has been a Compass Catholic Faciliator for several years. Lee is also a member of the Compass Catholic Board of Directors.
